Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In the rare case you receive a product that is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, please send a photo of the faulty item along with your name and order number to support@fakeittan.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

 If you are shipping a faulty/damaged item to us for inspection, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note in the case of a product needing to be returned, all shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
