PRE ORDER: Please note 'preorder' can take approx 14 business days but in some cases can take longer, If your order contains both 'in stock' & 'pre order' your order will be dispatched when your pre order product becomes available - please contact us if you would like your order split however additional shipping costs will need to be paid before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to provide prompt delivery, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the time and date of your order. Orders placed during peak hours, weekends, or holidays may experience slightly longer delivery times.
3. Driver Availability: Delivery times are subject to the availability of our delivery drivers. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may affect driver availability, leading to delays.
4. Order Confirmation: To ensure accurate delivery times, please provide a valid email address when placing your order. We recommend contacting us via email for order confirmation and to receive updates on the estimated delivery time.
5. Late Deliveries: While we make every effort to meet delivery expectations, Fake It Tan is not liable for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events. In the event of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an updated delivery timeframe.
6. Delivery Address: Ensure that your delivery address is accurate and accessible. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Delivery Fees: Delivery fees may apply based on the order total and delivery location. These fees will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
8. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or designate a safe place for package drop-off. Fake It Tan is not responsible for stolen or damaged items after successful delivery. By choosing local delivery you are authorizing Fake It Tan to leave your order in a safe place
9. Returns and Refunds: Please refer to our standard return and refund policy for information regarding product returns and exchanges.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Fake It Tan reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our website or via email.

Authority to Leave:
Giving Australia Post authority to leave your parcel unattended, Fake It! Tan will not be able to offer any further assistance if your order goes missing or is subsequently stolen after it has been deemed delivered by Australia Post.
Import Taxes & Duties
When ordering from Fake It! Tan outside of Australia, the recipient is responsible for the import fees, duties and taxes and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information. We take no liability for any further expenses or losses.
Parcel Returned to Sender
If your order has been 'returned to sender', please email us at support@fakeittan.com and we will be able to assist you.
Please check the address that you provided in your order is correct.
If you have provided the incorrect address, you will need to pay for the redelivery fees. Alternatively, a store credit or refund for the product will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If your parcel is unclaimed at the post office and returned to us, we will issue you with a store credit or refund for your purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Cancelling Orders/Changing Address
Once your order has been placed, we are not able to cancel or change the order.
Please check your address before placing the order. If you have entered the wrong address please email us immediately and include the correct address. We cannot guarantee that the address will be changed.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered in at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
RETURNS:
General
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send a photo of the faulty/damaged item along with your order number to support@fakeittan.com
This must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order in order to receive a replacement.
If you are shipping a faulty/damaged item to us for inspection, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note in the case of a product needing to be returned, all shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
If you receive the wrong order/wrong item please report as soon as you receive your parcel. Send a photo of the shipping label, and the complete order. This must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
